Last July 26, APMM conducted a Canva training for its staff and members. Held via Zoom, the 1.5 hour demonstration was led by Natasha Banga, an APMM intern. Around 32 people took part in the said training.

Banga showed how to use the app both on laptop and smartphone.

Canva is a free graphic design platform that's great for making invitations, business cards, social media posts, and more. A drag and drop interface makes customizing thousands of templates simple and easy. Canva's wide array of features allow you to edit photos without extensive photo editing knowledge or experience.

The training was intended to capacitate the participants to use Canva to drumbeat issues and activities through social media campaigns. The training showed how anyone can create posts that highlight the message without sacrificing the creative quality that will capture the attention of social media users.
