Livestreaming Training Workshop

Social media can be used as a tool in campaigning for migrants issues. One of the items that can be used is the livestream menu on social media. This livestream menu can be used, among other things, by organizing an online program by raising themes and issues faced by migrants.

APMM partners in South Korea organized an online program called Migrants' Voice. This online program has been running twice. To further support the implementation of the online program, APMM and Kasamma-ko, APMM's partner in South Korea, facilitate a training workshop on livestreaming.

The training workshop discussed conducting livestreaming using an application that can facilitate organizing livestreaming and also make the livestreaming program more interesting. The training workshop began with a discussion of the menus in the application, and then discussed the steps in preparing for livestreaming. After being understood together, all training workshop participants then practiced directly using the application.

The training workshop went smoothly and is expected to help APMM partners in managing their online programs.
